Emma's Poem

GUS

Gus the goldfish is my pet. 
He lives in his tank where it’s cold and wet. 
He is shiny and scaly and very, very fat. 
He’s half as big as our outdoor mat. 
Every day he’s in the mood 
For some lovely, flaky, fishy food. 
I do love Gus, even though he’s fat 
And half as big as our outdoor mat!
