CERIC is able to draw on expertise in employment relations and human resource management, sociology and economics. The work of the Centre is analytically rigorous, conceptually grounded and policy relevant. It is designed for dissemination in the leading international scholarly journals, whilst at the same time being accessible to end users, practitioners and policy makers.
