Dr Jennifer Tomlinson has been invited to take part in a panel at the Inaugural Work-Family
Conference, hosted by the Network President Prof Jerry Jacobs in New York
City 14th to 16th June. The panel focus is "How the National Policy Context
Matters for Employer Practices and Gender Equity". Other invited panelists
are all US based: Anna Haley-Lock (Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison), Chris Tilly
(Univ. of California-Los Angeles[UCLA]), and Dan Zuberi (Univ. of British
Columbia)
While at the conference I will also give a paper on gender equality in the
European Union and on recent developments in work-family reconciliation
policies.
