Research Description
The objective of this research study is to analyse the elements affecting performance of the multinational enterprise. The main argument is that MNE performance variations depend upon three specific groups of factors: the MNE-level characteristics, Subsidiary-level characteristics and Country-level characteristics. The main contribution of the study will be to account for multinational firm performance variations based on the aforementioned dimensions and their interdependencies.
