Research Description:
This research aims to 1) build the theoretical framework for the intuitional environment for MNEs growth and OFDI; 2) To summarize the characteristics of institutional environment for China’s MNEs growth and OFDI and find out present problems which challenge the institution; 3) To pay special attention to the growth of Chinese Small-Medium Multinational Enterprises (S-M MNEs) and promotional policies for them; 4) To learn from the successful experience provided by developed countries and other emerging countries to improve the intuitional environment for China’s MNEs growth and OFDI. This research will focus on country level, industry level and firm level by employing theoretical analysis and quantitative methodology.
