Bringing Chinese culture to life in Leeds

Our workshop programme has something for everyone, whether you are creative, active, or a fan of world cuisine. China has thousands of years of history and a rich cultural heritage, so we are spoilt for choice. Every few weeks we have a workshop on a different topic.

The workshops provide an informal and relaxed environment for you to experience new activities at your own pace; all while meeting new people and learning more about China in general.

Who are the workshops for?

Everyone is welcome. If you are a beginner you can expect support and guidance to get you started - no previous experience is necessary. Those of you who have tried an activity before will find a friendly environment in which to practise and improve. Whether you have a long standing interest in China, or are curious to find out what it is all about, we look forward to seeing you at the next session.

No knowledge of Chinese is necessary. If you are looking for language classes then you may wish to check out the Chinese courses and Chinese proficiency exams that we offer.
