Throughout your studies you will engage with a range of digital technologies at the University of Leeds that will support your learning and enhance your employability. The Digital Learning section of the Student Guide contains a wealth of information about these technologies that is suitable for new and returning Business School students.

The pages below will help you to self-assess and develop your digital capabilities, work successfully in groups using Microsoft Teams and take advantage of free applications and subscriptions that, as a University of Leeds student, you are eligible for, and that will enhance your learning.

Digital capabilities in Student Education at LUBS

Opportunities to develop your digital capabilities are embedded throughout your degree. Learn what digital capabilities are, how you may recognise the learning experiences giving you the opportunity to develop these skills, and how to self-assess your own digital capabilities.

Working on group projects using Teams

If your Module Leader asks you to work collaboratively towards a shared outcome, you can use Microsoft Teams to work on a wide range of activities and produce video recordings of presentations.

Skills@Library

Skills@Library supports taught students to develop academic skills, within the curriculum and through online resources, workshops, 1-2-1 consultations and drop-in sessions.
