Date: 09 July 2018
Location: University of Leeds

The Centre for Technology Innovation and Engagement from the Leeds University Business School organise a Paper Development Workshop as part of the NARTI programme and EU-funded MC-EID. The purpose of the workshop is to develop the publication strategies and research skills of doctoral students and junior faculty in the fields of innovation management and strategy. To allow for interactive discussions and feedback between participants in a friendly environment, the number of participants will be limited to 20.  Overall aim of this event is to provide doctoral students and early career researchers with the opportunity to submit a paper, on the subject related to innovation from the strategic or organizational theory perspective, for development and discussion during the workshop. Seminar will be conducted by Shaz Ansari (University of Cambridge), Tobias Kretschmer (Munich School of Management), Christopher Tucci (Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne), Richard Whittington (University of Oxford) and Krsto Pandza (University of Leeds). In small group sessions managed by an experienced faculty, each paper will be allocated a senior scholar as a discussant and authors will receive feedback from peers and other participants. Thus, participants will be required to read and review the papers from other participants of the session. The workshop will be organized by Krsto Pandza, Hakan Ozalp and Joanna Pereira (Leeds University Business School).
